Being a writer means you get to play with words. Sometimes, it works. Sometimes, it doesn’t.
But it’s always interesting to see where your imagination can take you...

For as long as I can remember, writing has been part of my life. In fact, my mother still has my earliest scribblings taped to the back of her wardrobe door. As a child, when asked what I wanted to be when I grew up, I would answer either a teacher or a writer. I am lucky enough to now be both.

Along the way, I have crossed paths with many creative souls and I am inspired by many things: theatre, music, art, photography - and the simple pleasure of being able to spend time with the people I love.

I write many things. A large percentage of these things are for children. A reasonable percentage of these things are for teachers. The rest of these things are for anyone! So what have I written that you can read? Have a look around my site and find out!
